There are 6 forks possible. Each restaurant can receive
1 fork for using organic/sustainable/local/seasonal foods whenever possible
1 fork for using grass fed beef
4 forks for food quality, service and overall experience of diner.
The $ signs represent cost.
$=$5-10 for 1 person$$=$11-18 for 1 person
$$$=$19 and up
$$$$=we wouldn't go there unless someone else paid
